Baia Latina (formerly Baia e Latina) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about north of Naples and about northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,334 and an area of . Its elevation is above sea level. It is home of the DiCerbo, Perrotta, Landolfi and Amato families.〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Baia Latina contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Latina and Contra.
